Our team recently visited a domestic property in Castleford, Yorkshire to carry out a roofing repair on an extension area of the house. As the roof had fallen into disrepair, there was quite a lot of essential roofing work which needed to be carried out to ensure the area was watertight and protected from the unpredictable British weather. Our dedicated team worked tirelessly to complete the roofing repair in a quick and efficient manner to cause as little disruption as possible for the customer. Some roofing projects are naturally more challenging than others. This is particularly the case when dealing with older homes that have fallen into a state of disrepair over the years. The team at High Design was recently called to evaluate a property in Castleford. Over time, its roof had become extremely damaged as a result of exposure to harsh weather elements. After an extensive consultation with the homeowners, it was decided that much of the roof had to be removed and replaced with more modern materials. There were several challenges associated with this project. First and foremost, a great deal of the roof needed to be removed. Extensive underlying damage likewise signified that a certain number of beams and structural supports were no longer functioning property. So, these would also need to be changed. As the pitch of the roof was relatively steep, safety was likewise a very real concern. The good news is that the team at High Design is fully capable of addressing these and similar issues within an amenable time frame. Thankfully, we were able to complete this project and the customer was quite satisfied with the end results. Not only will this new roof protect the home from additional damage, but it serves to enhance the overall value of the property (offering an excellent return-on-investment over time).
