Tile Roof Replacement
Removed old roof replaced with new roof, there is a new dry verge and new dry Ridge installed all new installation relined all the inside of the old concrete guttering and resealed and replaced new downpipes. In the event that a roof is no longer functioning as it should (due to age, weather damage or a combination of both), it is often better to obtain an entire replacement. We were recently contacted by a property owner in order to determine if this indeed was the case. After a close examination of the home and the roof, it was determine that a newer surface was required. We began by removing all existing materials that had suffered damage. We then examined the underlying support frames to ensure that they were intact. Our team subsequently utilised an entirely new series of tiles to guarantee that the home would be adequately protected from the elements. Other steps included the addition of a dry verge (a type of roofing cap) and the inclusion of new guttering so that water could drain away from the property. High Design roofing was quite pleased with the outcome of this project and as always, the customer was extremely satisfied with the cost-effective nature of the materials employed.
