Stripped old roof new OSB3 Boards rubber roof and all trims installed tiles stripped back to allow rubber to go higher up the roof and prevent water ingress.This next project was associated with water that had begun to penetrate underlying areas of a home. After a careful examination of the premises, it was determined that the existing roofing boards were no longer impermeable. Thus, we installed new and highly effective OSB3 boards as well as rubber roofing trim. Still, the team at High Design appreciates that preparation goes a long way towards avoiding future issues. This is why we installed the rubber barrier higher than previously; allowing it to provide an even greater degree of protection. After all, an ounce of prevention certainly goes a long way!
