Initially, we began the renovation process by removing the old roofing felt from the garage roof. This task was undertaken with care until we reached the underlying roof joists. Following this, we thoroughly inspected all the timbers to ensure they were completely free of nails and any other elements that might protrude. This step was crucial to prepare the surface for the new installation.

Once we confirmed the timbers were clean, we proceeded to lay down new OSB (Oriented Strand Board) sheets across the entire roof, creating a solid and uniform base. In addition to this, we took the opportunity to replace the old fascia boards, enhancing the roof's structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.

The renovation continued with the installation of brand-new guttering and a downpipe, ensuring effective water drainage. After these elements were in place, we applied a specialized rubber roof adhesive across the entire roof surface. This adhesive would act as a secure bed for the rubber sheeting that followed. With great attention to detail, we then placed the rubber sheeting, taking extra care to smooth out any bumps or creases, guaranteeing a flawless finish. The gutter trims and final trim were then meticulously affixed around the perimeter of the roof, sealing the edges and completing the look of the newly renovated garage roof.

To conclude the project, we dedicated ourselves to cleaning up the site. All waste and rubble resulting from the job were tidied up, leaving the area pristine and reflecting the high standards of our workmanship.
